TAP-SF is partnering with Taiwanese Chef Henry Hsu of Oramasama Dumplings to bring you a personalized dumpling making workshop! At the event, you will learn how to make two distinct types of dumplings (including the dough!), eat everything you make, and take home your own dough to make more dumplings at home (show off to your friends and family!). Come learn about the Taiwan-specific ingredients we will use as well as the history, heritage, and culture behind these dumplings while connecting with others with full hearts and stomachs. The class will take place outdoors and will culminate with a lunch made by you! Henry will round out the meal with some classic Taiwanese accompaniments. And beer will be available for purchase at the restaurant.
Tickets are $50. Please be sure to register on Eventbrite! Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable if you find someone else to take your spot (and let us know).
