Looking for a new job? The job hunt process can feel grueling and lonely, but it doesn't have to be! Join TAP-SF for our inaugural "Career Bites," an intimate jobseeker roundtable that blends the following:

• Taiwanese snacks

• community

• best practice-sharing with fellow job-seekers

Bring your favorite Taiwanese or Asian snack to share, and we'll facilitate a conversation on job hunt best practices, e.g., networking, resume-building, and interviewing. Participants will collaboratively determine the content you want to cover day of. 

The conversation will be facilitated by your friendly neighborhood TAP-SF professional development team member, Ada, who brings 15+ years of experience as a hiring manager, in recruiting, and on the candidate evaluation team at Google and elsewhere. 

We'll release the exact location a few days before for security purposes, but the location will be close to the Embarcadero BART/Muni Station, within one block of 188 Steuart St. in San Francisco.

Sales and Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate roundtable nature of this event, it's vital that participants show up for one another on the day of. As such, we're implementing a $20 deposit to hold your spot; 100% of the deposit will be refunded to you after your day-of participation. Deposits for no-shows will be considered a donation to TAP-SF. 

If you need to cancel, please email pd@tap-sf.org asap so that we can open up the spot for someone on the waitlist. We cannot issue refunds for cancellation requests made after 11:59 p.m. PST on January 28, 2025. If you cancel after that date, your ticket will be considered a donation to TAP-SF.
