Restoration Day at Heron Shadow

  • Heron Shadow 9394 Ross Station Road Sebastopol, CA, 95472 United States (map)

Please join us for a community volunteer day at The Cultural Conservancy's Heron Shadow Farm in Sebastopol, CA!

Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 9am-3pm

Come and connect with the community and the land as we focus on Native plant work and riparian (wetland near a stream) zone management. Activities may include weeding, feeding, and mulching strawberries and perennial areas, and selectively cutting down Olotón stalks for re-use. There are many different kinds of tasks for people of different physical capacities to help out and connect with the land and one another.

Your support helps The Cultural Conservancy prepare for an abundant season of food and seed distribution to Native community partners across the Bay Area and beyond.

There is a cap of 35 spots available and an RSVP is required to attend. Please RSVP on both The Cultural Conservancy's Eventbrite and here on Zeffy so we know how many people to expect. We ask that you arrive on time for orientation, bring your own lunch (only light snacks and refreshments provided), and stay for the majority of the time.

Once you have reserved your spot through Eventbrite, you will receive an email with the location address and additional details about the day. If you have any questions, feel free to email tcc@nativeland.org or carol.chen@tap-sf.org.
