Spots are limited to 6 people. This will be a small group, self-paid dinner.

By completing this form, you are indicating your interest in the event; this is not confirmed attendance. We will notify registrants whether they have been selected to attend at which time a $5 deposit will be requested to hold their spot and go towards their dinner. If selected, please respond to our confirmation email and pay the deposit to ensure your spot! Priority will be given to first-time attendees of the Dinner with TAP-SF series.
