Spots are limited to 6 people. This will be a small group, self-paid dinner.

By completing this form, you are indicating your interest in the event; this is not confirmed attendance. We will notify registrants whether they have been selected to attend at which time a $5 deposit will be requested to hold their spot and go towards their dinner. If selected, please respond to our confirmation email and pay the deposit to ensure your spot!
