2015.05.09 – Taiwanese American Cultural Festival 2015
This is the big one! Come and check out TAP-SF’s largest event of the year brought to you by our Cultural Festival Director, Vicky Chung and team!
The Taiwanese American Cultural Festival returns for the 23rd year as the largest Taiwanese cultural event on the West Coast of the US. Over 8,000 people from all across the Bay Area attend this event yearly to enjoy mouth-watering Taiwanese delicacies, rock out to live performances and experience the vibrancy of Taiwanese culture.
We encourage everyone to come and celebrate the best of “Taiwan Soul”!
The festival is free and open to the public.

2015.05.12 – Big Data Science Panel Discussion
TAP-SF Professional Development branch weill be bringing together some of the best Data Scientists in the Bay Area for a discussion of how to get involved with Data Science and how can Data Science assist in data driven decision making. Whether you are a young professional or you are an experienced manager, this panel of speakers is committed to enlightening you on those topics.
TAP-SF family is looking forward to seeing all of you!
2015-03-07 – 2015 Lunar New Year Banquet
Over 150 attendees joined us to celebrate the end of Chinese New Years 2015 with with a 10 course traditional dinner, drinks, performances raffle, photos and fun!
One of our largest events for the year directed by our External Vice President, Sanddi Lee – we want to thank each and everyone of you who came out for our support and the lifelong memories!

2015-03-19 – 2015 TAPpy Hour Benefit for Meals on Wheels
Social and Community Service branches at TAP-SF co-hosted this event and would like to thank you all for your support. Over 100 attendees joined us to mingle over drinks and a raffle to raise ~$200, all which was donated to Meals on Wheels!
2015-03-28 – Habitat for Humanity Volunteer Event
TAP-SF community service branch hosted a volunteer event to assist in the construction of 28 single-family, GreenPoint-rated homes at One Capitol Avenue in the Oceanview neighborhood of SF. A wonderful day was spent framing, plumbing, painting, dry walling to provide safe, affordable homes to our local community.
Thank you all who came out for the hard work and really showing spirit by demonstrating what it means to be part of the TAP-SF family!
2015-04-09 – 2015 Networking Hour + Photoshoot
Back for its second year, TAP-SF Professional and Membership branches kicked off April with a professional networking hour at Raven Bar SF as well as hosted a photoshoot session for LinkedIn headshots.
Over 140 individuals attended, our paid members at no cost, to say “thank you for the support!”
Raven Bar SF was generous enough to donate back 10% of the bar tab which will be used to fund events for the Taiwanese American Community!
