Why: Curious how to make a bah tzang, or a Taiwanese bamboo-wrapped sticky-rice dumpling that is a delight to eat? Join us to learn how to make and wrap these scrumptious traditional Taiwanese dumplings from first generation masters.
Interested in volunteering for the event? We’d love to have enthusiastic TAP members help prepare and pre-cook the ingredients for the bahtzang! This is a great opportunity to learn how to make bahtzang from start to finish. We’ll begin preparations at 1:00 PM. If you’re available and interested, please email angela.hsueh@tap-sf.org.
