As a community, one of the important aspects/benefits is the exchange of knowledge… Introducing Topic Dinners, brought to you by the TAP Professional Committee. We meet once a month and discuss relevant and life-oriented issues. No hired experts, no lectures, just conversation over, hopefully, good food. Some of us are more well-versed in issues than others, so the more we help each other, the stronger we become as a community. Let us know if there is a topic that interests you!

This Month’s Dinner Topic:
Real estate used to be the golden asset until the financial crisis. Now sub-prime or maybe even the word mortgage sends chills down people’s spines. But are the days of the American dream of a house and two cars gone?

Come join your fellow TAP members to discuss how to navigate the treacherous but important waters of real estate.

Topics/questions:
1. What are the steps involved in buying property?
2. What are the reasonable/hot markets in SF Bay Area?
3. How do you manage property?

*** RSVPs required for the event at gemmy.tsai@tap-sf.org ***

If you have any additional questions, please contact Professional Chair Gemmy Tsai (gemmy.tsai@tap-sf.org).
